The document requirements depend on whether the e-visa application is specified for different types of e-visas. 1.  For e-Tourist Visa- If you are coming to India for tourism andsightseeing then you should apply for an Indian e-Tourist Visa which may require you to provide proof of identity along with general Indian visa documents and you have sufficient funds to start Your trip to India and financing of your stay in India.

• If any other purposes like To attend short term courses, copy of letter from the institute/organization or hospital etc. concerned mentioned on their letter-head

1. For e- Medical Visa- If you are going to India as a patient for treatment at a hospital in India, you will need the following documents specific to the Indian Medical eVisa in addition to the general Indian visa documents
   1. Scanned Page of the valid passport showing the Photograph and each Details of passport.
   2. Copy of Letter from the Hospital in India concerned mentioned on their letterhead which including the date or tentative date which admission have been suggested from theirside.

For e-Medical Attendant Visa-: If you are visiting India as a family member accompanying a patient who is being treated in an Indian hospital, in addition to the general Indian visa documents required, you will need some specific Indian Medical Attendant e-Visa documents proving that the person you are accompanying holds or has applied for Medical Electronic Visa:

         3. For e-Business Visa– If you are visiting India to participate in activities of a commercial nature such as B. Commerce or any type of trade, then in addition to the general Indian visa documents, you will need the following documents specific to the Indian business e-visa:

   2. Copy of Business Card scanned page
   3. If applicable, letters of invitation from parties in India who wish you to do business. This is optional.

1. Copy of passport page containing personal information
2. Approved by the Government of India Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports (Ministry of Sports)
3. Letter of invitation from the relevant Indian sports federation/federation to invite foreign sports teams and athletes to visit India.
